Internships serve a variety of purposes. For companies eager to recruit new talent, an internship is an opportunity not only to train incoming candidates but also to establish a welcoming environment and an engaging company culture that will inspire them to stay. In the time of the Great Resignation, being able to retain incoming talent is just as important as getting them in the door. A meaningful internship can do just that.
